Delivery Information & Shipping Policy
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rope Rituals proudly offers worldwide shipping so our handcrafted pieces can be enjoyed wherever you are.
Please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a personalized shipping quote based on your destination and the contents of your order.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities. These costs are not included in our prices and must be settled directly with your customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot control or expedite customs clearance times.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of your order and are displayed at checkout. All orders include tracking and insurance coverage unless otherwise noted. Please note that uninsured parcels are shipped at the customer’s own risk.
How will my order be packaged?
We ship all items in plain, discreet packaging with a neutral return address. No product descriptions appear on the exterior, except where required for customs purposes.
What if my address is incorrect or incomplete?
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrectly formatted or incomplete address, it can be reshipped — however, additional postage fees will apply.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by region and customs processing:
- Domestic orders: typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- International orders: generally arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, though customs clearance may extend this period.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my purchase?

How long do I have to request a return?
You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
Return postage is the responsibility of the sender, unless the item is defective or a fulfilment error has occurred. Shipping, packaging, and upgrade fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds on custom or bespoke pieces?
We do not offer refunds on bespoke or custom-made creations, except in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will happily replace the item with the same product (or a comparable substitute if it was a limited edition).
Production Time
How long will it take to make my order?
All Rope Rituals products are made to order with care and precision. Production times vary depending on the type of item:
- Small items (rope kits, impact toys, accessories): up to 5 business days.
- Larger pieces (furniture, cages): up to 15 business days.
Each item is individually handcrafted, so slight variations in texture, colour, or finish are to be expected as part of the handmade process.
