Refund and Returns Policy

At Rope Rituals, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Unused products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
- Used ropes
- Rope care products
- Digital downloads
- Customized or special-order products
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
